Second Chance Change

The Second Chance Change program is a highly effective early intervention initiative to reduce the use of drugs and alcohol among minors. The program aims to provide youth with an alternative to the dire consequences of substance misuse and abuse. The program consists of four classes, held on a rotating schedule.

Parents reported improved communication and understanding, while students gained self-awareness and a better understanding of the consequences of drug use. One family who enrolled in the CDFY’s Second Chance program in 2017 was overwhelmed by their child’s drug use and felt like a failure. However, after completing the program, they noticed a positive change in their child’s attitude towards them and school. They expressed hope for a drug-free future and felt a weight lifted off their shoulders.

During this difficult time, we are here to assist you, your family, and your child. Our priority is to provide support to you and your loved ones.
